Bob Ragan, Chairman 
Bob Ragan is the Director of Regeneration of Northern Virginia, an Exodus Member Ministry offering support to those struggling with sexual and relational brokenness. Bob lived as a gay-identified man for 11 years. He first contacted Regeneration for support in 1988 and became full time director in January 1993. Bob provides discipleship, healing prayer, and coordinates support groups in the DC metro area. He has been an invited speaker ministering across the US, Europe, South America, and Asia. Bob served on the Exodus Board from 1996-2002 and rejoined the board again in 2007. He also serves as a member of the Exodus Global Alliance board of directors. Bob is an ordained deacon in the Anglican Church.
Mike Goeke, Vice Chairman
Mike is on the pastoral staff of Stonegate Fellowship in Midland, Texas where he serves in the Counseling Department. He has a finance degree from Baylor University and a law degree from Texas Tech. Mike practiced law before joining the staff at Stonegate Fellowship in 2001. He is the founder/Executive Director of CrossPower Ministries, an Exodus Member Ministry and the representative for Stonegate, which is an Exodus Church Network Member. Mike served as the Executive Vice President at Exodus International from February, 2005 – October, 2006 and was instrumental in the start of the Exodus Church Network. He and his wife, Stephanie, are the proud parents of two daughters and a son. They also lead Steadfast, the Marriage Ministry at the Annual Exodus Freedom Conference.
Jayson Graves, M.MFT, Secretary
Jayson Graves, M.MFT, husband of Susan and father of Selah, is a Christian Psychotherapist specializing in recovery from Sexual Addictions and unwanted Same-Gender Attractions. He enjoys helping his clients from both a clinical and personal frame as a person in recovery himself. He is the director of international counseling ministries Healing for the Soul & The SoulHealer Foundation, offering telephone therapy and their first original idea: Teleconference Recovery Groups for men, for wives and for parents in recovery worldwide. Jayson and is a member of SASH and ISSAC and served for three years as a national Program Director & Keynote Speaker for New Life Ministry's Every Man's Battle intensive workshops. He’s also the founder and host of The Blazing Grace Show, a radio program/podcast and host of PurePassion TV, a SkyAngel television network program, both focusing on issues of sexuality and faith. Jayson enjoys serving as the Youth Track leader of Focus on the Family’s nationwide Love Won Out conferences.
Alan Chambers, President of Exodus International
Alan Chambers joined Exodus International as the organizations 3rd chief executive officer in October, 2001. His own decision to leave homosexuality more than 17 years years ago gives him tremendous insight as he addresses the cultural problems and public policies surrounding this difficult issue in churches, colleges and various public forums around the world. SInce 2002 Alan has served as a featured speaker for Love Won Out, Focus on the Family's international conference on homosexuality. Alan has been interviewed by numerous television, radio and print outlets across North America and Europe, including FoxNews, The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, World and Time magazines, ABC’s 20/20, Nightline and Good Morning America, CNN's Anderson Cooper 360, and various MSNBC programs.He was listed in Charisma magazine as one of the top Christian leaders who represent the future of the American church. He is the author of God's Grace and the Homosexual Next Door (Harvest House, 2006) and Leaving Homosexuality (Harvest House, 2009) and is regularly featured as a guest columnist for WorldNet Daily, Charisma, and New Man Magazines to name a few . Most of all, Alan is husband to Leslie and father to a son and daughter all of whom he treasures! The Chambers family live in Orlando, Florida.
Dennis Jernigan
Dennis Jernigan has written many beloved worship songs including "You Are My All in All", "Great is the Lord Almighty", and "Nobody Fills My Heart Like Jesus", as well as hundreds of others are sung literally all over the world. Dennis believes worship is all about relationship rather than performance...and he believes he is called to help people get honest with themselves and with God simply because he has found in his own life that honesty and truth have set him free. Don Schmierer (Diana)
Don and Diana have been active in interpersonal ministry and counseling for four decades. While serving in the Navy, Don joined the staff of The Navigators, which involved military and campus outreach. Don and Diana founded His Servants in 1983, continuing their work among students, business professionals, and church leaders. They have also helped operate several Christian addiction recovery programs. Don has written several books, including a youth curriculum titled "Celebrating Gods Design", "What's A Father to Do?", "Healing Wounds of the Past" and "An Ounce of Prevention". Don and Diana have been married almost 50 years and live on a farm in Northern California. They have two sons, four granddaughters and two grandsons.
Bob StithBob Stith is the National Strategist for Gender Issues for the Southern Baptist Convention. Before accepting this position Bob served as pastor of churches in Alabama and Texas. He has served on the SBC Task Force on Ministry to Homosexuals since its’ inception in 2001. He is chairman of the board for Living Hope Ministries in Dallas – Fort Worth. He has been involved with Living Hope for 14 years. He also serves on the board for Exodus International. Bob has a B.A. from Samford University in Birmingham. Al. and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Tx. He served as pastor of Carroll Baptist Church in Southlake, Texas for 37 years prior to accepting his current position. Bob is married to Dell and has one son and three grandsons.
Clark Whitten (Martha)
After earning a BS degree from East Texas State University in 1972 and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1976, then interning for a couple of years, Clark Whitten became founding pastor of Gateway Baptist Church, Roswell, New Mexico, in 1978. In January 1986, Clark Whitten became the senior pastor of MetroChurch, Edmond, Oklahoma. On April 6 of that year, under Pastor Whitten’s leadership and through a miraculous move of God, the church paid off about one-half million dollars of debt. The church became a healthy, growing body and in October of 1994, MetroChurch paid off the five million dollar debt that was incurred prior to Pastor Whitten’s tenure.
In April 1995 Clark Whitten became the senior pastor of Calvary Assembly of God, Winter Park, Florida. Calvary, with a 5000-seat auditorium and 4000 members, was in debt - $11.5 million dollars when Pastor Whitten arrived. In February 1996 Pastor Whitten launched a “Move the Mountain” campaign to be debt free in the year 2000 AD. On September 24, 2000, Calvary Assembly had a huge celebration – the mortgage was burned – no more debt!! Under his leadership, Calvary grew in many ways – spiritually, physically, and financially! In October 2005, Clark planted Grace Church in Longwood, Florida. The church is a reflection of Clark’s heart and life-time message which is God’s Grace. The church is vibrant and flourishing under his leadership and Clark is having the time of his life. He continues to travel and speak at other churches encouraging them to walk in the goodness of God’s grace. Clark serves on the Board of Directors of Marriage Today and Exodus International. He is a mentor to numerous pastors in ministry today. He is truly a “father in the faith” to many. Clark is married to Martha. They have two married daughters and three grandsons which they love to spoil.
