Exodus Church Network (ECN)
The ECN has grown to over 115 churches nationwide. We hired Jeff Buchanan as Director of the ECN thanks to a $50K matching grant.
Goals for the Exodus Church Network - $90,000
- Equipping the Church through training events
- Double the size of the Exodus Church Network
- Develop resources, including an equipping DVD
Exodus Youth - Student & Campus
This fall, we launched the newly designed ExodusYouth website and Mike met hundreds of youth workers at major youth worker conventions.
Goals for Exodus Student Department - $80,000
- Find and hire a new Director of ExodusYouth
- Add new media, including audio & video, to the website
- Create new resources for college campuses
Exodus Membership
With a stronger base, we are planning for expansion of our network, with special emphasis on leadership.
Goals for the Membership Department - $100,000
- Hire regional coordinators for the Atlantic and Pacific coasts.
- Develop additional training resources for our members.
Building Campaign
We have a permanent home thanks to the generosity of our givers. Our hope is to pay off our mortgage. $900,000
Women's Ministry
Because this area of ministry is increasingly vital, we recently hired a part-time Director of Women's Ministry.
Goals for the Women's Ministry Department - $50,000
- Launch a full Women's Ministry Department.
- Create resources for both our network and the Church
Conferences & Events
We'd love to continue providing financial scholarships for attendees who would otherwise be unable to come.

ExodusBooks & Resources
Our youth DVD, The Question of Homosexuality, will be available in bookstores nationwide starting in February 2009.
Goals for ExodusBooks - $25,000
- Add Audio/Video/MP3 Resources online
- Create topic-specific booklets, downloadable
- Market to Christian campus bookstores, churches
